Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque
The Hagia Sophia, also known as Ayasofya in Turkish, is a famous historic building located in oldtown Istanbul. It was originally built as the biggest cathedral in the world by Byzantine Empire in the 6th century and later converted into a mosque during the Ottoman Empire. 5.00We did a tour with Shaban, and he was very kind. Thanks to him, we were able to visit many places smoothly. My friend and I love taking photos, and sometimes it took us a bit of time to get the perfect shot, but he patiently waited for us and never rushed us, which we really appreciated! He also gave clear and interesting explanations about the history and background of each place, and even brought us to a nice souvenir shop. Overall, he was very kind and made our experience enjoyable. We really appreciate his guidance and would recommend him to others!
