Hanoi
We pick up guests from 8:00 to 8:30 AM at all hotels in the 5 central districts of Hanoi (Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Cau Giay, Dong Da). Additionally, we offer airport pickup from Noi Bai Airport with an extra fee (if the arrival time is suitable), please provide your flight information along with your booking. After 2.5 to 3.5 hours of travel (depending on traffic conditions), you will arrive at the cruise port between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM at Tuan Chau Marina or Bai Chay Marina.
Halong Bay
As the cruise ship moves from the port to the sightseeing area, you can enjoy some of the most beautiful views of Halong Bay and admire the grandeur of the Bay with thousands of limestone islands while having lunch in the cruise ship's restaurant. After checking in, the tender boat will take you to visit Sung Sot Cave and/or Titop Island and/or Luon Cave. Back on board, you will participate in the Sunset Party & Cooking Class, join Happy Hour - BUY 2 DRINKS GET 1 FOR FREE. After dinner, you can enjoy a peaceful view of the Bay at night on the deck. You may also take part in evening activities such as massage (subject to additional charge), herbal foot bath in your room (free of charge), Bamboo dancing, fashion show of traditional costumes “Footsteps of Heritage”, and enjoy drinks at the Sky Bar while admiring the breathtaking night view of the Bay and squid fishing. Activities may vary depending on the cruise ship. The cruise ship anchors for a peaceful night stay in a quiet area.

06:00 Start your day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck, enjoying a breathtaking view as the sun rises over Halong Bay. 07:00 A light breakfast is served at the restaurant. 08:00 Visit the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest caves in Halong Bay, known for its stunning stalactites. The panoramic view of the Bay from the cave’s exit and the fascinating stalactites and stalagmites shaped over millions of years will amaze you. 09:30 Return to the boat for check-out and head back to Tuan Chau Island. 10:00 Enjoy brunch at the restaurant, complete payment and check out.
Sung Sot Cave
Discover Sung Sot Cave, stroll through its chambers, hike to the summit, and take in breathtaking views. As the largest cave in Halong Bay, we are sure you will be captivated by its stunning beauty.
Hanoi
Disembark from the cruise and arrive at the waiting lounge between 10:30 - 10:45 AM. At 11:30 AM, after some time to relax at the lounge, our vehicle will pick you up and take you back to Hanoi via the highway. You will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter between 3:00 PM - 3:15 PM.

The booking process was seamless, and Xuan Truong was attentive to every detail, making sure our preferences were fully met. The Hermes Cruise exceeded our expectations in every way. Our cabin was cozy and elegantly designed, with a private balcony offering incredible views of Halong Bay. The crew was welcoming, attentive, and provided top-tier service, creating a warm and enjoyable atmosphere. Every meal onboard was delicious, featuring both Vietnamese and international cuisine, which added to the overall experience. We enjoyed activities like kayaking, a sunset party, and exploring the caves, each planned perfectly. 5.00We booked the Peony cruise through HT Travel & Cruises for a family trip with our little one, and it was a fantastic experience. From the start, the booking process was smooth, and the staff at HT Travel was very responsive, addressing all our concerns, especially regarding traveling with a baby. The Peony cruise itself was perfect for our family. The room was spacious and clean, and they even provided a crib for our baby, which was very thoughtful. The activities were well-organized, and although we couldn’t join all of them due to the baby, the staff was very accommodating, offering alternative suggestions for us to enjoy. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for both adults and children. We also appreciated the attention to safety throughout the trip. Ha Long Bay was stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed. We highly recommend HT Travel & Cruises for a hassle-free and memorable family vacation!

5.00After searching a few travel groups on Facebook and TripAdvisor for Ha Long Bay tour companies, I opted to go with HT Travel. They were helpful, polite, and answered all my questions. This tour was the highlight of my trip to Vietnam. Trang arranged pick up from my hotel, met me at the port with a lovely gift and made sure I and other passengers were taken care of through it all. The tour was amazing - Ha Long Bay is a spectacular sight to see and experience, and the activities and crew support top notch!! The ship was clean, new with great amenities and smooth sailing. The service and food was excellent. I felt safe and provided for every step of the way and I loved that. I highly recommend HT travels.

5.00We booked a 2D1N Ha Long Bay Cruise with Trang Doan. She worked tirelessly to present to us the various options that they had. At one point, my friend recommended to me about a cruise, Paradise Elegance, I went online directly but couldn’t find availabilities that suited our schedule. I reached to Trang and told her about it. She found the rooms for us. When I gave her our passports, she noticed that my birthday was during the trip so she arranged for the cruise staff to bring out and sing Happy Birthday to celebrate me. She also met me at the port with a welcome fruits basket. Her service was attentive. I highly recommend Trang and her agent.

5.00We loved our Bai Tu Long Bay cruise! All the guides and crew were welcoming and very hospitable. The ship was charming and comfortable, and the views were gorgeous! NPham, who helped us to book our cruise, was incredibly helpful and maintained contact until the end of our cruise to clarify questions we had. Highly recommend!
3 star cruise sold as 5 star. Not worth at all.

2.00It wasn’t a 5 star cruise as sold by Viator. The cruise staff themselves mentioned it’s a 3 star cruise. We felt cheated. I raised this with Viator but they didn’t help at all.
