Show your voucher to a member of the Big Bus staff at any of the stops along your route to redeem.
Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - Big Bus Visitor Center Hollywood (6763 Hollywood Boulevard), or with any driver at any stop along the route.

1.00Wait time for buses is very long. If you’re not listening on the earphones you won’t know when you are at a stop or even what stop it is. We’ve done hop on-hop off all over the US and the world and this was the worst. Only bright spot is that we got to drive around cheaper than if we were using Uber.

3.00That the circuit Bleu on its last start early in the afternoon compared to the circuit rouge which ends later thus the return connection is no longer provided in the second part of the afternoon if you do not take care you are obliged to return on foot
