We meet our customers at a range of convenient pickup locations across Sydney between 7 to 7.30am. During the booking process, please select your preferred pickup location at checkout, or alternatively, send us a message via your booking platform to confirm your choice. Our meeting points include major hotels such as PARKROYAL Darling Harbour (150 Day St), Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park (161 Elizabeth St), Sir Stamford at Circular Quay (93 Macquarie St), Four Seasons Hotel Sydney (199 George St), Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour (12 Darling Dr), Mercure Sydney (820 George St), Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay (30 Pitt St), Pier One Sydney Harbour, Autograph Collection (11 Hickson Rd), and Park Hyatt Sydney (7 Hickson Rd, The Rocks).
Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate ‘pick-up requests from locations not listed’, as this may cause delays and inconvenience for other travelers.
No storage available – wheelchairs (collapsible or electric), walkers, and luggage cannot be accommodated.
The ferry ride from Sydney Olympic Park Wharf to Darling Harbour or Circular Quay takes approximately 40–45 minutes, and customers will need to make their own transport arrangements from either terminal to their accommodation. Cash will not accept for ferry tickets and you need to have a valid credit card to purchase ferry tickets.
Please check the weather forecast. Tours operate rain or shine except road closures by government which hinder access to Blue Mountains/attractions. Cancellations and date changes are permitted as per Viator guidelines.

5.00This was such an incredible experience. The small-group format made the entire day feel relaxed and personal — and we loved that it wasn’t a big bus tour. The Mercedes Sprinter van was spotless, comfortable, and even had WiFi, which was such a great touch. Rocky was fantastic. His driving was smooth and safe, he kept everything perfectly on schedule, and his knowledge of the Blue Mountains really added depth to the experience. The koala photo opportunity was a highlight, and Featherdale was such a special stop. Scenic World was fun, the views at the Three Sisters were stunning, and the lunch stop in Leura was excellent — great recommendation. The Best Tour! The Best Energy!

5.00Excellent tour. Rocky was very friendly, helpful and informative. Very nice scenery in the Blue Mountains. The Featherdale Wildlife Reserve was quite good. A very good day all ‘round!

5.00Mountain weather rolled in so unable to see Three Sisters despite the fact our guide Raki tried a couple times. But I did the hike to Wentworth Falls and it was worth it even in the drizzly rains. Leura is a quaint village, though busy on a Saturday mostly due to a cruise ship in port in Sydney that weekend. Highly recommend Featherdale wildlife park, our last tour stop. It’s big enough to be able to see the native Aussie animals but small enough to be able to interact with most and not need to spend all day there. Raki was very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I very much recommend touring with him!

5.00Rocky is a terrific tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and shared some great information with us. Would absolutely take a tour with him again! The Blue Mountains were a must-see, and we really enjoyed the wildlife park. Highly recommend buying the Koala picture package for a nice souvenir to bring home.

5.00Good day trip. Multiple pick up points. Rocky will accompany you to the drop off point also; it's a 30min ride on the ferry back to CBD.

5.00It was a great tour out of Sydney, the tour guide Rocky is absolutely outstanding--knowledgeable, funny, passionate, and genuinely cared that everyone was having a great time. In wildlife park, he also made sure we also got discounts on buying the feeding Koala food and taking picture with Koala. This tour turned what could have been "Just another sightseeing day" into one of the absolute highlights of my Sydney vacation.

5.00Our guides were awesome. They made sure we saw the views by coming back in the afternoon after the fog burned off. They took fantastic care of us and we always felt very safe. They were very informative and fun!
