If you travel to Bogotá, this is the best option to get to know, learn and enjoy its beauty and its history.

This tour, accompanied by our expert guides, begins in an emblematic place: Monserrate hill. You will climb to more than 3100 m high and you will see the beautiful Basilica of Monserrate and the best panoramic image of the city.

You will then go to the Gold Museum, you will learn about a collection of gold pieces and their history in Colombia and the relationship with the Muisca culture that also give rise to the legend of El Dorado.

This trip is made in the Candelaria neighborhood, you will arrive at two unmissable places, the Botero Museum, named in honor of the renowned Colombian painter Fernando Botero; and the Plaza de Bolívar, where the Palace of Justice, the presidential palace, the mayor's office, the Primada Cathedral, and more are located!

Finally, you will walk to the area called Chorro de Quevedo to learn about different traditions that mix between the new generations and the past.

Great tour with Daniel as the tour guide and Eduardo as the driver. I gained a great appreciation of the city and the culture of the city. This is def a great way to see the city and learned about its roots. My big highlight was the art museum and passion the guide (Daniel) had for art history.

This was the perfect day exploring the city with the most knowledgeable guide Beatriz! Beatriz was so patient, knew all of the answers to our questions, and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see and gave us a great history overview about everything. We felt safe the entire time too. We got to try all the local food and fruit too! Highly recommend this tour, Nomadas was so professional and we are so so happy we booked it!

We made the tour with a guide named Daniel Gomez and driver named Edgar where they showed us every cultural part of Colombia and places we would never know if we were alone, were very didactic and attentive!

Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bogota, especially if you don’t have a lot of time. We covered a lot of highlights in just one day. Monserrate, gold museum, botero museum and more! Sergio was efficient, kind and attentive. Bryan was a good driver. Thanks!

It was amazing. The places we had the opportunity to visit (Monserrate, Barrio La Candelaria, Plaza Simón Bolívar, and the museums) were spot on! And since it was a private tour, we had the chance to take our time to see things at our pace and ask a lot of questions! Our tour guide, Camilo, was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable and adaptable to us as a group. I really lived how patient and attentive he was! The drivers too were also very friendly and very professional. Overall it was a really good experience. // It was wonderful! The places I had the opportunity to visit (Cerro Monserrate, Barrio La Candelaria, Plaza Simón Bolívar and the Museums) were spectacular! As it was a private tour, we could see everything at our own pace and ask quite a few questions. Our guide, Camilo, was very friendly, with a lot of knowledge not only of the history of Bogotá but of many topics of general culture. He adapted quite well to our needs as a group. Loved how patient and attentive he was! The drivers were also very assemblage and professional. A very good and recommended experience!

We loved the tour. The overall experience was 10/10. We loved the flexibility we had to go on our own pace and not having the rush of doing everything included on the tour. We also loved how personalized and private the tour was. Our tour guide, Camilo, was a great. He was very friendly and polite. He knew very much everything about the history of the sides we visited and he was very attentive if we need to stop for example on Monserrate that has a higher altitude.

The whole experience was very good and on our way. Camilo accommodates our special needs with willingness and knowledge. Only by asking him to move to an exchange house, he led us to one in particular, there being many more half a block away. Jimmy the skilled driver.
