1.00We arrived at the place we were instructed to meet and our guide was a no-show. We waited for over an hour and checked places near the meeting site and nothing. This was to be the highlight of our trip to Paris. So very disappointing. When I contacted Mark at their office he made it our fault and dismissed my complaint.

1.00Our tour was cancelled and we didn’t find out until 20 min after we were to begin. The guide never showed and when I called to get info was told it was cancelled. The independent tour told me they told Viator the day before but that info wasn’t passed on to me

5.00Our guide spent time to learn what we wanted to see and we covered everything that she felt we should see also. We ended up within sight of our cruise ship and then had a nice stroll on our own back to where we started.
