  Make sure to buy your tickets in advance for Borobudur!! They limit how many people can climb it and you have to go up to see the bell shapes. When you book this tour they'll send you the link to book the Borobudur tickets. As mentioned in the description, this tour basically provides a driver for the day. He accompanied me around Prambanan, telling me about its history and taking photos for me. For Borobudur you have to go with one of their official guides. Both temples are stunning and absolutely must be visited. I appreciate the tour is very flexible and you can pick ahead of time if you want to see other things as well as your start time. I was the first person at Prambanan (at 7am) and it was magical to have the place to myself. Ari was a wonderful driver and guide!

  I have very mixed feelings about this tour because the driver was great (although he was just that a driver not a tour guide) and the management was very flexible in setting everything up (they WhatsApp’d me immediately upon booking to warn me that the temples would be closed and shifted my date) but the tour was essentially hiring a car for the day because all entrance fees and food (~1M IDR additional) were not included which doubled the price of the day. I would have been ok with this if the advertisement was honest about the additional expense instead of hiding them. That being said, the temples were incredible although 2 would have been enough and the drive was very far. Just know what you are getting yourself into when you book this tour and you won’t be disappointed as I was.

  Our driver, Joko picked us up on time. The tour is designed to suit our preferential. We started our tour to Prambanan before proceeding to Borobudur. Due to the sunny weather and long car rides, we decided to end our tour slightly early Borobudur. Joko recommended us to go to Merapi after Borobudur but we were too overwhelm with the weather. Overall the tour is good. I give it 2 thumbs up!

  I felt I had a more VIP experience then other tourists. My guide was caring every step. Helped me a lot. Took me to places where I want... The company asked lots of questions for small details. Overall very pleasant experience.

• Nice way to see two Javanese highlights

  The tour allows you to see some if the main highlights of Java, and the best feature is that you can modify it to your liking. Our driver (Andreas) was very friendly and helpful, he played us nice music for the long drives. This is nice as you will be inside a car for (approximately) 6-7 hours out f the 10. A bad thing was that we found out at the ticket office that we couldn’t go on Borobudur temple, so it can only be seen from the ground. This was disappointing, and aomething that the agency probably knew when we booked. We would have gone anyways (because even from the ground is majestic), but knowing this in advance would help for the level ox expectation gwnerated
