Our tour begins in the vicinity of Plaza Güemes, in the micro-district of Villa Freud. Here, our guide will introduce you to the world of Secret Food Tours and provide an overview of the experience you are about to embark on. We will start the tour at a respected restaurant, where we will unveil our delicious and historically significant secret dish.
Next, we will leisurely stroll through the charming streets of Old Palermo, witnessing the blend of old and new. We will head to Plaza Inmigrantes de Armenia in trendy Palermo Soho, with a quick stop for a sweet treat at a cozy Buenos Aires-style coffee shop. After that, here, in one of Palermo's liveliest areas known for its vibrant gastronomy, you will devour other classic and traditional Argentine dishes.

5.00We had a very enjoyable evening with Lucy and the other members of our tour. The food was delicious and Lucy was great at telling us how Matte is made and explaining the Argentine culture around the foods we tried. We also celebrated one of the tour participants birthday. It was a truly memorable evening and Lucy was interesting and fun

5.00This is a wonderful food tour through Palermo Soho. We stopped at four locations and had everything from empanadas to Choripan to pizza to steak. We also had a mate tasting, which was a lot of fun. Our guide Lucy was an absolute delight, and talked to us about the food, its history, the neighborhood, and anything else we wanted to talk about. She also offered to provide advice and guidance to us during the rest of our stay by keeping in touch through WhatsApp, which we really appreciated. This is a walking tour, but most of the places are pretty close together; the only walk over 5 minutes was to our last location. I highly recommend this tour early in your stay so you’ll be better equipped to find the food and restaurants you want later in your stay. Also, while they do this during the day or in the evening, we really enjoyed the 6pm start. It was cooler and when we finished around 9pm, the nightlife in the area was just getting started.

5.00We had a delightful and delicious tour with Lucy. She is full of information and excited energy. And yes the food stops were delicious. Save room for the best empanadas I have ever tasted. The steak lives up to the hype. All around fun.

5.00The Buenos Aires Food Tour was had delicious food and was well paced. Our guide, Lucy was wonderful, she was informative and fun to spend time with. Lucy even ordered an Uber for us when we were having trouble with our phone.

5.00Great food tour at 5 different locations. And one built on the other, ending with wonderfully prepared steak, empanadas, and Italian ice cream! Would definitely do again. The only negative is that a different food tour company reserved 9 seats at our 2nd stop, Chori, for excellent beef sandwiches. Although we got there before them, we had to eat outside in 90 degree heat heat index over 100 and their food was ready before ours. So, they should consider reserving our seats before we arrive.

5.00We met our guide, Martin, promptly at the easily recognizable rendezvous point and were joined by 8 other people. Martin was friendly, took time to converse with everyone along the route. He explained the local food and drink traditions as he led us to five different restaurants for a variety of experiences. From local pizza, mate tea , and delicious steak the flavors along with Martin’s explanations made the entire experience memorable. Getting to know the other people was a lot of fun as well. We highly recommend this tour

5.00We enjoyed a wonderful tour with Lucy! We got to sample so many good things and learned alot about Argentinian culture. The food was really good and alot of it. Pizzs, chiropan, mate, steak,beer and wine, and of course ice cream! Lucy is a wondergful guide - fun and so personable. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00Lucy was energetic and knowledgeable about the food scene, traditional and fun. Well paced and adjusted courses to avoid over stuffing. Pizza, choripán, mate with artisan dulce de leche and steak. Thanks.
