Bangalow
Arrive at the oldest white settlement in the Byron Bay area, famous little town of Bangalow (est.1840). Tour Bangalow's fascinating mix of local shops, galleries and cafes. From Bangalow, the tour weaves through the beautiful Byron hinterland and the many historical unspoilt hinterland towns that are sprinkled throughout the countryside.

1.00Booked tour for 8 Feb on 13th January and paid $169. On 5th Feb received email saying tour was cancelled and I would be issued a refund. I chased this up with two emails and two phone messages to a mobile number on my booking confirmation. No answer, no reply. Today I rang the Byron Visitors centre as they have the same street address as the website, and Debbie there told me the guy who runs Byron Bay Adventure tours has done a runner to Germany.

5.00This wonderful tour to the Minyon Falls was a highlight of our 39 Day Australia tour. Our guide, Geoff was very knowledgeable and made us a delicious lunch after. Swimming under the waterfall is amazing! We highly recommend this tour!

5.00I went on this tour (14/02/24) and received top quality service. Jeff was knowledgeable and very accommodating as I wasn’t the best swimmer or rock climber! He cooked all of us a bbq for lunch which was also delicious. A thoroughly enjoyed day!

5.00Amazing hike to the waterfall followed by a swim. The hike was a bit of an adventure and required some rock climbing, but was fun and totally worth it. Bbq lunch was also very good. Would definetly recommend this tour :)

5.00Highly recommended! We were alone on the tour and our guide Jeff gave us lots of information about the country and its people and his pleasant manner gave us a great day! The waterfall was breathtaking and the homemade burgers were delicious.

5.00Had a lovely time! Tom, our guide, shared his knowledge of the rainforest, Byron bay and australia in general. The hike to minyon falls and back was great; it does require a level of fitness (it does involve a little bit of scrambling towards the falls as well) but Tom helped guide us through safely and patiently. Minyon was dry so Tom took us to Whian whian falls for a swim which was magical. The lunch prepared was great in peaceful and lovely surroundings in Bangalow.
