It was a very well planned itinery. Ryan from first express was accomodating on changes and explaining additional charges on tickets and meals so that there were no surprises. Garry, our guide is very knowleable and experienced. He explained the history and towns and alert us on the perfect photos opportunities on the bus and attractions. All instructions and explainations were in both Chinese and English. Garry also went to extra effort to optimise our experience when the weather prevented us from entering one of the site. He gave clear instructions especially on the glacier experience and personally checks on the safety and comfort of the group. This was the last summer tour but the weather made it a christmas experience in october. A perfect way to start your time in Canada. Will definitely recommend it.
