Your adventure begins with a pickup from Calgary, Banff, or Canmore. From the pickup point, take a scenic drive to Banff and Jasper National Parks.

4.00Details weren't clear about where exactly to meet the bus, aside from the Visitor's Center in Canmore. I looked for a van with the name Matrix Tours on it and got on. Minutes later I was called by the driver (who was not in the van) asking where I was. I told him I was in the van. I also asked someone else in the van who the driver was and was told "Ashish", which is the name I saw in the reviews. Several minutes later, another person came over to tell me I was in the wrong van. The van/bus they put me on did not say Matrix and was not driven by Ashish. We also did not follow the itinerary listed - we did not go to Lake Louise or Tangle Creek Falls, and were at the Icefields for almost 4 hours instead of 3. I still don't know if I had been on the right bus the whole time! Anna was the guide and did have some good information to share but wasn't always easy to understand. Some others on the bus slept through most of it or were on their phones most of the time -- I guess they just wanted the ride to the Icefields? Overall just a very strange experience. Not bad, just not what I expected.
