This tour starts at a local farm where the locals will give you a warm welcoming, after the guides dress you up with the harness, helmet and gloves, we will take a short hike of 5 minutes to immerse in the dense vegetation in order to find our hidden canyon, once we get the first training rappel the guides will offer a safety speech, and start going down the first rappel of 49 ft. As skills progress and confidence grows, you will descent 3 more rappels every one with different challenges. The heights of the waterfalls on this tour are between 49 ft and 131 ft.
First, you’ll descend into a breathtaking world of cascading waterfalls, hidden trails, and rocky cliffs. Rappel down vertical drops, leap into refreshing pools, and navigate through narrow gorges, surrounded by the lush tropical rainforest.
After an invigorating canyoning session, it’s time to take on the untamed rivers of Costa Rica in a thrilling white water rafting adventure.

Board a sturdy raft with your team and paddle through rapids that will test your skills and teamwork. Feel the rush of Rio Balsa, with a class III section of 45 minutes rapid by rapid, and a lower section of one hour to relax on easier rapids, swim tropical waters, stop for eating fruit on the river side and watch wildlife like sloths, toucans and iguanas. Experience the thrill of conquering each rapid, working together to navigate the twists and turns of the powerful currents. At the end you will be rewarded with a delicious Costa Rican lunch.

5.00We did the morning canyoning tour. Friendly staff, very safety conscious. Great experience walking through jungle and rappelling down a series of waterfalls, the last of which was 230ft /70m. Excellent lunch was provided, there were options for all diets e.g. fish, meat, veggie, vegan. Overall a great experience :-)

5.00This canyoneering tour was the highlight of our family trip to Costa Rica. Alonzo and Gray were terrific guides, with safety as their #1 priority. They clearly communicated rappelling instructions and the plan for the day. Since our time slot was at noon, we drove to a nice spot and had lunch first. Then we walked to the 1st rappel. After doing 4 rappels, each one different and progressively more challenging , we hiked up to the top of”Infinity Falls.” It was very beautiful and over 80 meters high. The guides use the 4th rappel as a test to make sure you’ll be safe on Infinity falls. I’m an active 62 year old woman in good physical condition. I was concerned about getting hurt by maybe spinning around due to the force of the water and hitting the rocks. But I felt confident because of Alonzo and Gray’s instruction and my previous life experiences. You have to be able to focus on the task and not panic, especially when the water is pounding you. After all the high fives, we hiked back up to where we started and changed into our dry clothes. There was coffee, hot chocolate and chocolate for sale. I recommend wearing a rain jacket and having a warm, dry jacket to put on afterwards. They keep your stuff at the lunch place where you start and finish. This is not for everyone, but it was great for our active family, boy (18), girl (26), dad (63) and me (62).

5.00Great experience to do with guides, don’t need to be very experienced because they are extremely helpful and they do a lot of the work. Definitely recommend!

5.00INCREDIBLE! And that’s just for starters. Alex, Arturo and the rest of the crew made it unforgettable in every good way! Talk about getting your money’s worth? They got that covered too! The hike to the site takes you through rugged triple canopy jungle, filled with the natures finest regalia of plants and animals. Our guide was a walking encyclopedia of the flora and fauna that we encountered, giving each bend in the trail, a lesson of its own. The 4 waterfalls that you rappel down are all unique, challenging, exciting and gives you a great adrenaline rush! Spoiler alert: you will get wet! Bring a dry-bag for your phone and wallet so you won’t need a bag of rice afterward, like me. Be ready for a great adventure, but keep in mind that when you finally reach the bottom, you have a steady climb back to the starting point but a flavorful breakfast or lunch awaits you at the top! This 62, 58 and 15 year old had an absolute blast!

5.00We had the best experience canyoning with our group and guides Aturo and Alonzo! We were looking for something exciting and fun and this exceeded our expectations. Our guides were kings of all guides :) They were well informed, fun, and it was a joy to share this experience with them. Also lunch was truly amazing. You must go if you are already thinking about it!

5.00Had a blast!! The hike back up from canyoning can be a lot (FYI it’s uphill, I had to stop a few times to catch my breath) ps wear close toed shoes. This was my boyfriend & I’s favorite day. Everything was also very safe, recommend.

5.00This tour was hands-down one of the most exciting things we did in Costa Rica. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel, everything was smooth and well organized. The guides were professional, friendly, and made us feel safe and confident as we geared up to rappel down five different waterfalls. Each one was more thrilling than the last, but the 230-foot waterfall was absolutely wild — such a crazy adrenaline rush and a moment we’ll never forget! The scenery was breathtaking, surrounded by lush rainforest and the sound of rushing water. After all the action, we were treated to a delicious local meal that completely hit the spot. This experience perfectly blended adventure, nature, and authentic Costa Rican hospitality. Side note: the hike between waterfalls was definitely intense, but it added to the adventure and was absolutely worth it for the experience and views. If you’re anywhere near La Fortuna, don’t miss this tour — it’s a must-do!

5.00We had so much fun doing the tour with both canyoning and rafting. The farm was beautiful and loved seeing all the animals, as well as the ambiance and views. Canyoning was a blast, wish I would’ve bought water shoes to wear for both. The guides were awesome and Chico from the rafting clearly cares and is passionate about the work he does and keeping others safe. He was funny, informative, and a great guide! The homemade cuisine was awesome. I would absolutely recommend both!!

5.00We did the canyoning and rafting combo tour. Great fun and well organised. Everything ran smoothly, the canyoning location on the farm was really nice, the Cota Rican breakfast was great. The guides made the canyoning experience fun. The handover to the rafting was also smooth. The rafting was also excellent, some challenging parts which made it exciting. Fresh fruit stop and lunch back in LA Fortuna was very good. Thanks for a great day out.
