3.00Our crew was kind and accommodating, but unfortunately the overall experience did not live up to what was advertised. The boat was overcrowded and far too small for the number of passengers, making it unsafe and uncomfortable—especially when a storm hit on our return from Capri. Several guests were left without proper seating and had to sit on the top of the boat. In addition, many of the promised amenities were not provided. The listing mentioned brunch on board and unlimited Prosecco and limoncello, but we were only served barely two small cups of Prosecco and small pizza bites. While the Blue Grotto was understandably too crowded to visit, our time spent simply relaxing on the boat was brief (about 15-20 minutes). Overall, while the crew did their best, the experience felt misleading and not worth the cost.
