We had the most unforgettable private tour to the Golden Triangle with Chiang Mai Private Tours. From hotel pickup at the lobby to our special request drop-off at the Chiang Mai night market, everything was perfectly curated. Our guide Chris was incredible—fun, lots of stories, and made the full day tour feel effortless. His SUV was super comfy, driving was absolutely safe and the whole experience felt pretty exclusive. Huge thanks to Nat and Chris—you guys are amazing! 🙌 Highly recommend. Don’t miss this one! 👍🥰

A fantastic trip exploring northern Thailand. The itinerary was excellent and we were allowed to replace visiting Don Sao island in Laos for the Glass Skywalk at Wat Phra That Pha Ngao. Our tour guide Dom was knowledgeable and took good care of us particularly after the recent major Earthquake in Myanmar. The highlight was the sightseeing boat ride on the Mekong River. Dom was telling us great stories about the history of this region. He was also quick to point out fabulous photo sites, and was more than happy to snap beautiful photos for our party. To be honest, this was one of the best holidays in Thailand because the cultural experience and memories were irreplaceable. The private tour was flexible and perfectly planned.

This private tour was better than we expected. Our tour guide Peter Pan made everything convenient and easy for us. The drive from Chiang Mai in a 7-seater was long but scenic and flexible as we made a few stops along the way. The Golden Triangle Viewpoint, where Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet was absolutely breathtaking, and our guide shared fascinating stories about the area’s history and took beautiful photos for us. We also visited Sop Ruak, a village with a big Golden Buddha at the top, which was a nice cultural touch to the tour. There was also an option to visit the Hall of Opium, which I highly recommend if you’re interested in the region’s history. The highlight for us was the Mekong River boat cruise. We hopped on a good size longtail boat just for ourselves and glided along the river, taking in the beautiful scenery and sights. The quick stop at Don Sao Island in Laos was a fun experience, browsing the local market without needing a visa! Overall, this private tour was totally worth it—good coordination, great guide, informative, and full of amazing sights. If you want to explore the Golden Triangle at your own pace, this is the best way to do it. 10/10 recommended!

We loved this easy customized excursion without scrolling through all the different full day tours in Chiang Mai. Just message this operator on where you wish to visit and he will plan everything for you. No need to lift a finger. Our 7-seater MPV was spacious and clean. The team included Nat, coordinating our tour before we arrived in Chiang Mai, seasoned host driver Peter Pan driving, chatting and taking photos for us. Simply perfect and flexible arrangements. I would recommend it to anyone looking for easy, no stress holiday in Thailand.
