1.00We took two days hop on and off because we plan to spend one day in downtown LA and another day in Hollywood n Santa Monica Pier. The first day when we wait for the bus to go to downtown, the buss never arrived at the first stop! We’ve waited for 2 hours, the worst part is the customer service who was there keep telling us diffrent information. First he said we missed the buss and must wait for another 45min. We’ve waited 45min - an hour the buss is not there (we also download the app to track the buss route). Then we ask again ad he said it’s probably late cos traffic, the. 1,5 hrs pass we asked again cos we didnt see the buss in the app, then he said we missed the buss again! What a lie! We were there the whole time! So aside from bad tour service, the customer service is even worst! He lied he doesnt seem to care and rude whe was on his phone at all times and when customer ask he looks disturbed! We ended uo cancel it and take uber instead, I’ve asked for my money back but never had the refund! It was for 4 pax and two days pass!!!!

1.00The bad service and their lack of information basically wrecked our final day in LA. They didn’t have the correct information about their bus schedule in their flyers or the app which was recommended as the best option for live information. When we ask the driver that arrived to the stop if she was going out at scheduled she said no, the next one is in 40 min which was not scheduled anywhere. She said she was on break and left us there and locked the bus. We called customer service and they were equally dismissive to the fact that we would not only have to wait an hour do the next bus but then miss the connection with the other line completely. When we did get on the bus the driver kept skipping stops and we couldn’t get off where we were planning to. Overall the logistics and customer experience of this company is very poor. In other cities I have never experienced anything like it with similar services. From the people at the ticket stands having the worst attitude, wrong schedules and terrible customer service this is overall a company to avoid.

1.00Terrible experience do not use this company very unreliable , always late like 45 minutes late. They completely ruined our experience we have to contact them and let them know that we where waiting and it was a big group of people. That continues though the whole day. Never again

1.00Terrible. The tour didn’t take place because of bad weather… it wasn’t even canceled in advance. We waited in the rain and then called them. That’s when they told us it wasn’t running. That was 20 minutes after the scheduled departure time. The email only came after my call! I’m curious to see whether I’ll get my money back without any issues…!

5.00We were a group of ten, everyone had a blast. Perfect length and we were able to jump off two times for 1.5 hours. Everyone was great and enthusiastic.

2.00I have done these tours in other cities and this one was not a good experience. The indoor bus was extremely hot, only one bus driver was friendly - one was actually rude. Long intervals between buses, especially the route transfer buses where we waited an hour for the next bus. The buses are old and worn. I won’t consider a hop on hop off again after this experience.

1.00I’ve used Viator and hop on hop off buses in several cities with my family. This LA tour was disappointing. We were detoured for a good portion of the ride seeing nothing of importance with no audio commentary . The driver of our LA tour bus was unhinged, the audio told us we were at a stop, the bus stopped and everyone on the top level stood up to leave. She yelled at us through the speakers to sit back down and through the speakers actually said, “What is wrong with you people.” She moved up about 20 feet and then told us we could depart. An overall bad experience. Wouldn’t have spent the money if we knew the LA tour was going to be this bad.

4.00This would have been a five star review if not for one of my last experiences of the two day use of my hop on hop off ticket. We were waiting where the stop specifically told us to wait (see photo attached) and we almost missed our bus because he stopped somewhere else. You should update your brochure accordingly. Otherwise really enjoyed our experience and loved we were able to see Santa Monica during our visit
