4.00Great that it's covering 2 routes so you can get to less central sights easily. Can get very busy at peak times. If you buy your ticket online and don't get it printed, join the bus at the second stop or risk not getting on at all.

3.00Bus only came every hour which is too long for next one instead of every 30 minutes to wait and waste what little time we have when we are only here for a day.

1.00I was really looking forward to exploring Verona with this hop-on hop-off bus tour, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. -The bus was extremely hot — no air conditioning despite the scorching summer weather. It made the ride uncomfortable and hard to enjoy. -They advertise free Wi-Fi on the pamphlet, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. -The bus stops were poorly marked, which made it really difficult to find where to board. There were no clear signs at the designated stops, and I kept second-guessing whether I was in the right place. -I also had to walk a long way from the Verona Porta Nuova train station to the Roman Amphitheater just to find a stop, because the map directions led me to the wrong location — very frustrating for a first-time visitor. I really wanted to love this tour, but the lack of comfort and confusing logistics made it disappointing. Hopefully they can improve these aspects in the future.
