09.00 am : Meeting point at Aling Aling office 9.20 am : Start the trekk to Cengana Rice field and Visit Balinese Compund to try Local Fruit 10.00 am : Swimming at Blue Lagoon ( Sambangan Secret Garden ) 10.45 am : Arrived at the waterfall for watersport ( Sliding & Jumping ) , Where there are three waterfalls nearby such us Kroya Waterfall, Kembar Waterfall and Pucuk Waterfall 11.30 pm : Visit Aling Aling Waterfall 12.00 pm : Arrive at finish point

5.00Krisna was a great guide. We felt safe at all times & would recommend this trip to anyone. We started with a rope swing then onto cliff jumping and rock sliding. We would recommend this trip to anyone - just make sure you are comfortable swimming in water with a current & climbing lots of (potentially slippy) stairs :)
