Cortina d'Ampezzo
Cortina d’Ampezzo, nicknamed the “Queen of the Dolomites,” is the largest and most famous of the 18 towns that make up Ladinia, as well as a renowned winter and summer tourist destination. It is the stage for numerous internationally significant events related to the mountains and winter sports. It hosted the 1956 Winter Olympics and, together with Milan, will host the 2026 Games. Enjoy some free time to stroll through this picturesque and famous mountain town.

5.00This day trip to the Dolomites was such an amazing experience and absolutely worth the money! We got to see the city that’s hosting the 2026 Winter Olympics and hike around Lake Braies. It felt like a dream! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and kind. Would strongly recommend!

5.00Wear comfy sturdy shoes, for your scenic stops, it’s a very relaxing day. You drive through quaint Alpine looking villages. Take a water bottle. Stephania was a superior driver and tour guide.

5.00Excellent trip and investment! Prior to booking we had considered renting a car & driving ourselves. SO GLAD we did not do that and instead had our wonderful tour guide to navigate sharp turns & narrow roads at high elevations. Stefania was incredible; we greatly appreciated all the information she taught us and enjoyed conversing with her throughout the day! She took us on a great trip through the Dolomites and we enjoyed seeing several lakes. Worth the money!! Wish our travel plans had allowed us to stay in the Dolomites longer but very grateful for our 2 hour stop at Lake Braies. We had time to eat lunch and time for the approximately 1 hour hike around the lake.

5.00The day trip from Venice to Dolomites was truly an amazing experience . Jaw dropping magical views with a couple of beautiful stops & viewpoint panoramic photo opportunities and free time also. Stefania our driver and tour person was fantastic knowledgeable regarding each area also knew the history very well and made the day even more enjoyable. Her van was new clean and comfortable. I would 100% highly recommend this tour. Thankyou ❤️

5.00Absolutely breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The views are stunning like something out of a postcard. Pictures do not do it justice you must see with your own eyes! Our Guide Stefani was amazing, very knowledgeable, had great tips and was a great driver on the windy and sometime snow covered mountain roads. She made the tour even more incredible, we really loved her and felt lucky to have her as our guide!

5.00Amazing views. Took us all through the Dolomites, all the way to the Austrian border. Delicious food, and plenty of time to eat. Thats something I really appreciated. That we had plenty of time for a meal.
Best tour for a Dolomites day trip! Mostly to lakes and towns that matter.

5.00The tour was on time and is well-phased. There is enough time for the places that matter: the Cortina stop was just enough time, I feel there’s nothing much to do unless you’re skiing or chilling. Lake Braies was fantastic. Lunch stop with option to hike or boat on your own expense. We also made stops on some nice views for 10-15mins such as a nice view of Tre Cime and Lake Misurina (other tours stop longer in this lake but i personally feel just taking photos are enough). Our guide Stefania is fantastic. She had interesting stories and facts to share through the trip. She knows the Dolomites like the back of her hand. Her van is clean and spacious too.

5.00Our tour to the Dolomites was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The scenery was breathtaking — every turn revealed another picture-perfect view of mountains, lakes, and charming alpine villages. Stefania was fantastic: knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the area. We learned so much about the history and culture while still having plenty of time to explore and take photos. The entire experience was seamless and perfectly paced — comfortable transportation, great communication, and just the right amount of stops. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the region — it’s a must-do experience you’ll never forget.
