5.00What a wonderful outing, early morning, but worth it. Dolphins seen, above and below water and even a few jumps out of the water. Great, Tnx Captain Donald!

1.00We arrived at 05:40 at the meeting point by ourselfs and were completely lost. The place was full of people, some already trying to sell you something. After we have found our group, we startet at 06:10, heading west - the sunrise right behind us. Shortly before the sunrise reached its highest point, we turned 180 degrees, looked at the sunrise for about 30 seconds and then went on. We reached a point where 20-30 other boats were already waiting. And so we waited there, full of hope to see some of these maestetic animals. Suddenly we heard people screaming like some rookies of a boy group band. All the boats started to move, trying to be as close as possible to the spot where the dolphins were seen. The 50m distance which WWF recommends was cut down by some boats to more like 5 meters… After the dolphins were there for a few seconds the waiting continued. This has gone on like this for over an hour. At the end there was a group of 100 boats - all chasing the doplhins as soon as some people were screaming. All in all, this was the worst trip we had so far on our Indonesia trip. We already had low expectations for this trip, but the result was even lower. If you’re into tourist-watching and the smell of burned gasoline, this is the right trip for you. If you want anything good for this animals, stay away from dolphin tours.

4.00It was a great experience, I know these guys can't control the weather, so even if we did rescheduled we had an amazing time, it was a bit hard to understand our captain since he didn't speak English... But we did see dolphins at decent enough distance but never close enough to get a good view of them underwater and therefore we never really swam with them 😅

5.00Kadek State was the driver, and he was excellent. He was punctual and very kind, ensuring that I could relax and enjoy the ride. Komang Suwika was a very kind captain, ensuring the trip was amazing. The trip was an amazing experience and unforgettable. Highly recommend!
