5.00Great communication and service. We booked our round-trip transportation from the Punta Cana airport to our all-inclusive resort at Majestic Elegance after hearing taxi's can be shady in the DR. We were contacted before arriving (by Erika) via WhatsApp & a picture of where & who we needed to meet (Rashel). She was very kind and walked us to our van. Our drivers both ways were excellent. We paid for round-trip transportation and just messaged them the day before to confirm the pickup time we desired. Our driver (Albert) met us at our all-inclusive resort and was great. We highly recommend this company and would take them again. Safe, affordable, and great communication!

There price was fair and they were on time and communicated well with me ahead of time with clear instructions and meeting locations. The driver Alberto Paulino was friendly and professional. I was happy with the service and would use them again.

5.00Booking online always makes me nervous, especially from another country. But Alberto Paulino was great! Very punctual and friendly. Got us straight to our hotel, helped with our bags. Would definitely use again.
