  We didnt get a pick up at our airbnb so they gave us a gas station we would have to park at. The guide assured us that we would be able to park there as its a public parking area. We did up ending getting a booth on our car and had to pay 2.000 pesos. Also they us that we would switch up the drivers for the ATV 4 times which we didnt. So 2 out of 4 people werent able to drive.

  Guest of the Impressive Resort & Spa Punta Cana. No welcome or friendliness of the staff, we were pressed on the morning activities (buggy, horse AND meal supposedly local). After catastrophic afternoon, 3 hours to do 5 zip lines (a staff not respectful of customers, nor any smile), a safari scam!!!! . They don't forget to insist on buying the pictures. Do not recommend at all 😡

  LOVED IT. The zip lining was scary but so fun at the same time. The buggy riding was so fun you get so muddy. 10/10 definitely recommend going.

  Our experience was amazing. Our tour guide was Willifer. He was funny and kept us organized, told us exactly what to expect and answer all our questions. It was great to try 7 different experiences in one place!

  Mixed feelings. The posting says approximately 6 hours (this does not include travel each way). The zipline and horseback riding were great. The ATV was a little lame, you have to stay in a perfect line and it doesn't go fast. Our tour guide kept saying how dirty we would get in hopes to sell us a bandana, you definitely won't need it. Meal was fantastic - we brought water/pop from the resort so didn't need to buy. The safari was our biggest issue - they say this is to cater to little kids, but its a couple chicken and some goats, it's really nothing to see and felt like a big waste of time, we would have preferred to just stay at the main base. Overall it was decent, but wish we could just do the couple activities that were interesting to us, rather than having to do everything.

  This was the best deal and the most fun I've had since I was a kid. Our Tour guide, Orchid, was awesome and she explained everything thoroughly. She hyped the entire bus and made everyone want to be involved. This tour included 7 activities, well worth the money. You cannot take your phones for the ziplining and horse back riding but everything else, it was ok. They had a professional photographer that captured our memories and we purchased the package of about 65 pictures for $55 which I thought was deal. It included lunch and you just purchase your beverages. We brought bottled water with us because we did not want to drink anything alcohol-related. The ride to get there was about an hour and 20mins but we were so engaged with the music it felt like a family trip. Everyone was extremely friendly. We forgot our bug spray but another tourist shared theirs with us. You MUST HAVE goggles for the buggy ride. We learned the hard way and splashed ourselves blind LOL.   Was told they would not be picking us up, even though it said they would on the booking. Operator told me to cancel (which would have voided refund). Had to contact support for refund.

• Attendants NEED more training

  Had a blast. All activities were fun and exciting, thrilling and the Dominican Stew is absolutely delicious.. as for the zip line I have one gripe.. the 1st attendant was on her personal phone when hooking us up.. no instructions going forward which I feel is crucial to LIFE! … this was my 1st time and I suffered a broken toe.. no aid was rendered to me, the 2nd attendant was present when I smashed into the platform breaking my toe.. people’s lives and overall safety is at stake.. MORE TRAINING IS NEEDED CONCERNING THE ATTENDANTS
