This service is available on all dates when Princess, Carnival and Holland America cruise ships are visiting Dover

Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry-on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each). If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship.

Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact the operator in advance and provide full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold. Wheelchairs must be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.

This service is available on all dates when Princess, Carnival or Holland America cruise ships are visiting Dover.

Ride was shared in a clean, comfortable van. communicated well and met us as we debarked. Fast transfer, safe, and helpful. They will do other tours too, just ask!

Sam, the driver was on time and sought us out at the designated terminal with the arrival name card, he named places of interest such as Dover Castle as we drove out and places in London such as The West End etc. He was very professional and friendly, drove carefully and asked if we were doing OK during the journey. We had no issues with Viator or with Sam. Thank you.

Dover port was impossible to leave from as there was a horrendous car accident and no busses, taxis, or hired drivers were able to get there. Our experienced driver, Hassan knew the less used routes to get to the port to pick us up on time! He was one of the very few as we heard stories of the other passengers on the Carnival Pride leaving the ship on July 22nd having to walk to the train or worse yet missing their flights! We were so happy we chose to book this private ride that took us directly to our VRBO rental in central London! Driver was courteous and the Van had plenty of room and was clean and comfortable for our 2-hour ride!
