Escape the hustle and bustle of Dubai and spend the morning in the surrounding desert. Experience the desert sands and dirt trails on an amazing quad bike ride, sandboard down the dunes and ride a camel like a Bedouin of the past.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

Participants must be over 14 years old and should have basic driving knowledge. Those aged 13 and under are not permitted to ride.

We highly recommend having international travel insurance, as self-driving activities carry inherent risks that may lead to serious injury. Coverage for such incidents is typically provided only through your personal insurance.

The quad biking segment is solely the participant's responsibility. Any damage, injuries sustained or items lost during the quad tour are not covered by insurance

The participant MUST pay the amount for any damages due to the usage of buggy/ATVs.

All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour

For the Sharing Bike option, a minimum of 2 passengers is required. If there is a solo traveler or an odd number of participants in the group, an additional charge will apply

Pickup will be 45min prior to your selected departure time. Please be ready at the hotel lobby on time.

Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.

By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 10 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity by car. (If this conditions are applicable to you, please contact our Consultant to customize your tour)

Ali our guide was a reckless and unsafe driver as well as a conman and cheat. The tour was basically a compound in a section of dessert and totally staged. Nothing authentic about it and rushed. Worst trip I’ve ever been on in many years of traveling

It's best to go early morning or in the evening because it's very hot. Our tour guide Anthony was awesome! He was very attentive and very accommodating. His customer was by far the best we had since we have been in Dubai. The excursion was great and I would definitely recommend.

Our driver, Asif, was great. We rode ATVs for an hour, rode the camals and sand boarding if you’d like. All and all a great experience. We have many memorable pics and videos of our Dubai trip.

We had a great trip as a family with quad biking, camel riding and DuneBashing. We were able to take fantastic photos in the desert during sunset. Our driver Nabeel was great, who explained everything to us and made great videos of us, just a great driver!

We went with OceanAir Travels due to the reviews. They did not disappoint! We went with the ‘Dubai: Adventure Quad Bike Safari, Camel Ride & Refreshments’ predominantly for the quad biking. It was my first time quad biking (I kept up and survived 😊) and my partner, who has been quad biking many times before, really enjoyed it which is saying something as he likes/does off-roading (motocross, 4x4 off-roading, general greenlaning, etc) (and most likely because he was showing off and riding circles around me! 😂). We’d like to thank Taymour for the hotel pick up and drop off, for guiding us around the desert dunes and the mini activities (camel ride and sand boarding), for being photographer and generally looking after us! The host with the most! Thank you, thank you!

What an experience! One of the best things we did on our entire trip! Had the best day! The quad bike tour was amazing and our guide for this was Ali- the best! He took videos and photos of us and was so helpful and fun! The camel ride, dune bashing and sand surfing was also super fun! Aamerr was our tour guide and driver- he also took heaps of videos and photos and was an excellent guide for the day! An incredible experience and one that you don’t get to do every day- YOU MUST do this if you’re in Dubai! Highly recommend Ocean Air Travel! Thanks for having us!

Our Evening Desert Safari - Dubai: Adventure Quad Bike Safari, Camel Ride & Refreshments in Dubai with Lahcen as our guide was absolutely unforgettable! Lahcen’s knowledge about the desert, its history, and culture was truly impressive and added so much depth to the experience. He had a knack for sharing fascinating stories with humor, making every moment both educational and entertaining. Lahcen went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had an incredible time. He was incredibly helpful throughout, always checking on us and ensuring everything ran smoothly. His photography skills were the cherry on top—he captured stunning photos that perfectly preserved the magic of the desert. If you’re looking for a guide who combines expertise, charm, and attentiveness, Lahcen is the best choice. He turned an already amazing desert safari into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Went on this excursion as part of our honeymoon as recommended by my parents who did this exact trip 5 years ago. You have the option to ride solo or as a couple. Very fun traversing the desert behind a guide. Our tour guide Yousaf was fab. Got some great photos out in the desert. There is an option for sand-boarding which is fun but does require walking back up a very steep hill. Camel ride is short but another great photo spot. At the base camp they had a falcon that you could take pictures with, souvenir shops, AC and free non-alcoholic drinks. Tour is listed as 4hrs but time includes 1hr commute each way so more like 2hrs of activities. It is very hot in the summer but they have a jeep follow so if you need cold water or some AC in the desert then it’s available. Would definitely recommend.
