1.00When booking a departure through Viator there is nowhere to put your pick up point. It tells you the amount in Australian dollars which is my choice and then you pay. After you've paid then Remo come back and say I owed $20.80 US dollars because of my location, which I could only put in after I'd paid, and it was too late to cancel the booking. Viator said there was nothing they could do as the info was on the Remo website which you don't see going through Viator. So I feel like it's a scam. I was in Dubai, so didn't understand the US dollars either? The price of the transfer doubled! Our driver was polite and on time. Avoid Remo transfers.
