Upon arrival at the location, we found no boats operating due to maintenance work. The docking stations were completely unstaffed, and there was no indication that the service would run at any point during the evening. We waited at the designated area, but it quickly became clear that the activity had been canceled without any prior notice or on-site assistance. No Refund so far. No reply to our email or WhatsApp.
Boat ride was great / tour company wasn’t.

The boat ride itself was wonderful, but the tour company was not. They were not responsive to my emails / WhatsApp messages and they arrived 30 minutes late to pick me up. I don’t think you really need to book a tour to do this, you can just get tickets ahead of time at the desk.

The actual boat ride was really lovely. Obtaining the tickets was a nightmare. Got past from pillar to post and no clear communication from booking agent or the promised email/WhatsApp containing the e tickets.

Short ride round the lake to see the fountain show. Absolutely lovely, well worth it. We did it just as it was getting dark so was very pretty.
