1.00The tour guide cancelled at 1:15 AM the day off the reservation. He was not responsive to any communication. We booked months in advance and was not able to do our planned activities since the cancellation was less then 24 hours in advance. The operator was not penalized-even though if we would have cancelled after the 24 hours, we would have lost our money. We do not recommend this operator.

2.00Hello my wife and I book a lot of excursions on viator and TripAdvisor and they are usually great but unfortunately this was one of the worst. The driver showed up 45 minutes late. After he was five minutes late, we contacted the operator and they said he was just a “few minutes away”. He picked us up and immediately stopped for gas and we saw a list of sites in the car so it was clear he was touring with somebody else before us and running late, so it wasn’t his fault but the operator could’ve called us And been honest and said he’s running 45 minutes late .Unprofessional. The driver they sent us had a very poor understanding of English and didn’t understand basic things such as when we told him we were finished and wanted to go home he took us to more sites. He also kept following his GPS and he could not find a location we asked for and he didn’t understand enough of our explanation to get us there without the GPS which was not correct So we missed that site altogether. Overall we enjoyed our day in Abu Dhabi And the driver was a nice guy, but I would not recommend this car service and suggest finding a different and more reliable one.

5.00Ali Raza our driver was amazing, he was very knowledgeable about the history of Dubai. A good tourist guide very respectable. We enjoyed the whole of Dubai in these 8 hours! He had a good car too. Would recommend!!
