  The guide gave very little information, instead relying on the audiotape played through earphones. One of ours was broken and there were no other available seats, so we had to share. It mostly played insipid music, not even local music. The occassional commentary was more platitudes than information. Despite leaving on time, we skipped the fort, the oldest building in Dubai. We were given 30 minutes for the bathroom and lunch at the mall, which meant not time to consider whar we might actually want to eat. By the time we got through the bathroom and the line at one of the stands, we had 13 minutes to wolf down our food. We were given an ample amount of time to go to the Burj Khalifa, but some people were still up to 25 minutes late to the meeting point. At the last stop at the Marina, we sat on a bench to drink soft drinks. We could see what we thought was the meeting point, but when we noticed no one was there we went to the meeting point and they were gone -- we were three (3) minutes late! We ended up being given a ride by another tour company back to our hotel.

  Poor organisation from the tour guide when people not keep in time. Burj Khalifa is super and the Rest is not bad

  We travel extensively and have taken many tours all over the world, and this may have been the worst we’ve ever been on. There is not enough room to to describe all the things that were wrong; however it was poorly planned, not well organized or led, and had at least twice as many passengers as can reasonably be accommodated on this type of tour. Dubai is interesting, but instead of learning about it we spent a lot of time standing around doing nothing, standing in lines, or sitting in traffic. A waste of our time and money.

  It was a hectic full day tour of Dubai and our guide Rifky did an amazing tour despite the traffic in Dubai and the extremely long lines at Burj Kalifah. We are in a big bus so it takes a lot of control balanced with flexibility for Rifky. He did great, checking off everything in our itinerary! My audio guide didn’t always work! But i still give the tour a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because he was very thorough and even when it was so late, he managed to let us see the Marina and i am very thankful we did. Viator is a great company. I used it 4 times on my Middle East trip and all our guides did a good job! Kudos!

  The line for the Burj Khalifa took two hours and was underwhelming when at the top. The mall Is beautiful with so much to see and the wait for the Khalifa took time away from allowing us to spend time shopping and seeing the sights inside the mall. The tour guide was friendly and accommodating but there are some unnecessary stops like the spice souk and the art store which is just a shopping ploy. Less time here and more time at the mall would have been better. Overall we saw the highlights of Dubai but it was a long day when it would be better to do Burj Khalifa and the mall in one day, and other stops another day if time allows.
