The ticket has a short validity period, and non-refundable. If it's a long time before your travel date, we usually make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, just in case of your flight change or cancellation.

Everything worked great. Would book a lounge at the airport again. Food and drink all available.

We booked the Premier plaza lounge at Dubai airport as we had a 3 hour layover. It was great to relax somewhere quiet, have some food, and use the facilities. An added bonus was that the lounge was very close to our departure gate.

Not clear during the booking process or on the confirmation what lounge(s) I had access to. When finally found it, reception spent 25mins on phone before I got access. Not ideal when in transit and only have two hours to shower and eat something. Lounge was very basic for $150 AUD, should have booked direct but had left it too late

The Lounge did not have adequate seating and not very many spaces for relaxation/napping. The showers are not located inside the lounge, but rather at the hotel and requires a reservation. The vegetarian and vegan food options were very minimal.
