  The cruise listed that it would start at 9pm on New Year’s Eve. My husband and I made a point to be on time, so we wouldn’t get left behind. The boat didn’t leave the harbor until 10:34pm 😡 there were a lot of unhappy people, especially those with children because they were either already sleeping or hungry and restless. I took a picture showing that the food didn’t arrive until like 10:20pm 🙄 and then they rushed it on the boat. Even before the delivered food came we witnessed one crew member serve and take a buffet of food to one of the tables over an hour before anyone else was able to get in line ( table by table) to eat. This was disrespectful to the other passenger's who also paid money. Once we finally left, we were the last boat to leave the harbor. Some people wanted to stand during the trip to see the fireworks, but everyone had to remain seated while on other boats they were allowed to stand, walk around, and even dance in some boats during the trip. In my review I am being generous due to the tasty food.

  Depective. Very different from pics. Old boat. Bad food and management. Not hygienic. Seems looted. Overcharged for the experience. Delayed by 2 hours.

  It was very poorly prepared and poorly organized: there were no detailed instructions on how to find the ship and which ship exactly; the ship was small and cramped (Cleopatra 1 & 2), old and shabby, dirty; when boarding, the boarding manager was actively collecting unaccounted fees of 300 AED per person (without receipts) in order to place us on the upper deck - this option was not specifically provided for in the announcement; and then the lower deck turned out to be empty - no one was supposed to be placed there, since the vessel was too small; the lighting in this tub was too bright and interfered with taking photos; the music was excessively loud and it was impossible to talk at the same table; having filled the entire ship with passengers, we were kept for 2 hours without any announcements, without drinks and without food - we just waited for the crew to load the supplies that they did not think to buy and load in advance; the obligatory guide in English never showed up - we looked for everything ourselves using Internet maps; There were no tables for a family, 5, 6, 7 people had to push each other around small, untidy, dirty tables; the food was the most primitive, cheap and tasteless; the promised show and dancing were only given to us after special requests from passengers, according to the shortest program just before returning to port. A disgusting, cheap and dirty experience at inflated prices.

  It was not well organized tour, people were arguing for table assignment and supposed to depart 9PM but actually departed around 10:30PM without any explanation. Food was just so so, paid over $330 per person but not worth at all. I have no idea why Viator allows this transaction which is $50 with tour charging over $330. Don’t try this tour, stay away!!
