  It was a fantastic trip come early so you can get a seat up top sitting on one of the couch lounges where you can have a wonderful panoramic view of Dubai skyline, DJ and bartender. I was on the second levelt it was still a fantastic view. Staff was friendly. The drinks was good. Appetizers were good . I would’ve prefer a protein with my pasta. It was wonderful night

  When we arrived at the port, we were told that the yacht was leaving from a different port. We had to scrabble to get there and pay a golf cart person to drive us! Once we boarded, the yacht was beautiful and comfortable. The Advertisement was misleading! There was no dinner!!! There was a pasta station and pass around finger food!!! Skip this experience! It was not worth $125.00 per person.

  It was a terrible experience from start to finish. We received specific instructions to meet at Gate 2 to board the yacht. When we arrived on time, we were redirected to Gate 3, where we were told to wait—then informed we would need to walk approximately 12–14 minutes to yet another gate. None of these last-minute changes were communicated in advance. No transportation accommodations were offered, which created unnecessary hardship—especially because my eldest daughter is pregnant and was wearing heels. As a businesswoman, I raised concerns about the lack of organization and customer service. Eventually, a cart driver agreed to take us (after we were initially told no), and each of us had to pay 10 AED for the ride to the new location. Upon arrival, staff requested passports. After presenting them, I was told my younger daughter could not enter because she is under 21. This was our first day in Dubai, and the experience ruined what should have been a special memory. I paid $300 USD and felt disrespected and disappointed. I have not been contacted about a refund, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. If possible I would give 0 stars.

  The music and the ambiance was fantastic!! However, the food provided was different than what was advertised. The booking stated the food was going to be a BBQ buffet, however sushi was the only food they had. My wife barely ate and was still hungry by the time we got off the ship. If we knew sushi was the only food option, we probably would have chosen another excursion. In addition, it was very difficult to find the location of the ship. There were no clear instructions on how to get there, we almost missed it altogether

  We had a super fun night. A well maintained yacht with reasonable number of people, so it wasn't crowded at all. Food was fresh, DJ played all the global hits, good choice of drinks and friendly crew members. Would definitely recommend!
