Experience a story never told before in such a unique setting, during an hour-long interactive experience. Daily guided tours unveil the humble beginnings of Irish whiskey, when a foul tasting liquid was used to ease the woes of a troubled and poor nation. Known originally in Gaelic as uisca beatha, over time it was translated to whiskee, and then to whiskey, as it is known today. Enjoy listening to entertaining storytellers as they take you through the magical tale. At the end of the tour there’s a generous whiskey tasting led by experienced master whiskey tasters, giving you the opportunity to sample a range of excellent Irish whiskeys and learn the subtle differences between them, discovering the unique flavors locked inside.

5.00I loved this tour. Guide Andrew was passionate, knowledgeable. Andrew’s storytelling was amazing. The tour overall was incredibly well designed. The Whiskeys of the tasting experience were great and representative. This tour is a must-do activity for Dublin visitors.

4.00The tour itself was good - our guide told entertaining stories of the history of whiskey in Ireland. However the tasting was impersonal - the bar tables were set up for our very large group and there was no real interaction with the staff.

5.00B for the most used name and Green the color of Ireland, get to Breen (which I do believe was our guides name), gave a great tour of Irish Whiskey. I will absolutely recommend this for other visitors of Dublin
