  Transfer from the hotel to the airport. Everything went great, except the message of our "pick up" time. After two written questions the night before 5.40pm, we already had concerns that they had forgotten us, our reply came at 6pm. Pick up 8.30 the next day.

  We booked with Viator, they have a contact phone which we also sent a message to the provider, basically saying “hi, this is me, this is what we booked, here are the times and date”. we got a response saying to send a message to another “provider”, so we did (subcontractor) they in turn said they will contact us within a 24 hour period when tge ride is needed. We contacted them again, saying hey, we’re 16 hours from needing our ride and I also sent message through Viator. Finally we got a confirmation. Well at 3:15AM we were ready for the 3:30AM ride which never showed up!!! We ended grabbing an Uber at 4:15AM. No one answered any calls or messages at that hour. RIDICULOUS!! Viator’s credibility is tanking hard, staying with Expedia…. as for the provider subbing out the service: shouldn’t be allowed to sub and close shop you suck!! The stress at that hour in the morning you caused ash holes!!

  We booked a car for a local transfer to the Airport and Adonis picked us up. He was very professional and kind and gave some fantastic local recommendations! Highly recommend.

  The rating is for the communication with Sun Bird Travel Agency, who use this booking to connect you with available drivers. My driver arrived close to on-time (around 10 minutes late). The ride itself was fine, and the driver was polite. Some concern with using the mobile phone with driving. However, the communication with Sunbird was horrendous. I had to message them proactively to ask for the pickup time. They never formally confirmed my pickup location. After telling me the pick-up time, they were completely unreachable. No responses to any message on the app, and no answers to their phone line. When our driver was not there 5 mins after our pickup time, I tried calling but no answer. The price is excellent on the island, but you get what you pay for. We made it with plenty of time for our flight, but the uncertainty does come with a cost!
