  It is a large group of international people. Bypassed all the queues. Good for young kids 7 and 8. Good

  Diana our guide was wonderful. Very sweet and knowledgeable. She was great. One thing to mention. We asked for a rest room for our 90 year old Mom at the travel agent office. They said no.. there are restrooms at the Eiffel Tower. It was one hour before we got to the area of the restroom. Unkind to not allow a 90 year old woman to use the company restroom.

  You will meet at the office and then over to the tower with your guide. Our guide explained more history about the tower and took us up and did a good job explaining.

  Our tour guide had such a vibrant personality you knew instantly you were going to enjoy the adventure of climbing up the Eiffel Tower. She was very knowledgeable of the history of the Eiffel Tower, I loved every minute of my climb up the tower.

  Floor 1 is where it is at. However, we did not receive clear instructions on the best way to get to Floor 1. We started walking down the stairs but realized maybe we should have taken the elevator, so we had to walk back up. There were no headsets so it was very hard for my husband to hear what the guide was saying. When we arrived on the elevator - the operator was very rude as my husband accidentally slightly touched her arm with his jacket as he was getting in the crowded elevator - she rudely said to him “don’t touch me” …. After that I witnessed 3 more people “touch” her as it is a very crowded experience. She said nothing to them. Still a cool experience. It’s the Eiffel Tower!
