Viator, think twice!

1.0I am very displeased that upon arrival, I was told my tour was canceled, even though I received confirmation that morning. The tour operator did not look up my name and immediately said that it was canceled, out of her control and to contact Viator. She practically shoved me out of the door as she was leaving. I called viator from outside of the building in the cold. I was told they would check into it and would complete a refund request. I later received an email saying that I was late and I cancelled my trip, therefore no refund. We were 30 minutes early. I did not cancel, they did! I submitted a rebuttal. In less than 10 minutes I received a reply from KURT saying that they did a thorough investigation in 10 minutes and their decision is final. This is a rip off! BE CAREFUL!

5.0What an amazing experience going to the top of the tower and drinking champagne with wonderful views of Paris. Our guide Sydney was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained the history of the Eiffel Tower.

1.0Very overpriced compared to paying on the day, by over £100 for 2 people. I understand a mark up as a third party but by over £100 is a joke.

1.0Thats the email isn't very well presented we were at the point for meeting 15 mins before and no one was there I lost 140 which is alot of noney
