5.00Had to walk to their office first to exchange voucher for tickets. Wonderful experience going to the top. Guide walked fast but was knowledgeable. Got in quickly. No hassles. Very crowded but still could see everything.

Refund issues with Viator

3.00If the top of the Eiffel Tower is closed the guide will tell you to claim a partial refund. But this seems to be impossible with Viator. If you go to their help centre there is no option for a refund once the tour has been completed. When you phone them - options are given but nothing leads to a refund option despite Viator stating that you can contact them 24/7 with queries including refunds.
