It all starts with a warm cup of tea or coffee before jumping right into the crafting of your own Buttery Croissant, Pain au Chocolat (or chocolate croissant) and the Pain au Raisin ! Small groups of 8 allow the chef to follow closely how you learn new skills and knowledge.
First, discover the equipment, the ingredients, and the theory behind the making of the croissant. You will be making it from scratch with quality ingredients we selected from our local producers.
Then kneading the predough is where it all begins. You will provide the last ingredient with the rolling pin as you roll out the finished dough from which you will shape your own pastries! Time will do the rest while they rest and bake.
It all ends well with the tasting of what you have baked and the always instructive chat about your trip to Paris. We, as chefs, are very happy to give you our culinary advice, recommendations, and opinions and also learn from you. Don’t forget to take away the leftovers!

The techniques guaranteeing a successful baking come with full explanations and your hands will do the rest: - Making and kneading the dough - Shaping - Baking and tasting - Tips & advice for proper proofing and resting of the dough. Step-by-step your first ever croissants will appear in your hands. You will be in control of your creations from start to finish, from the moment you lay eyes on the recipe to the time you take your creations out of the oven. We are professional chefs creating French culinary experiences. Our passion comes from our families and our precision from the chefs we have met. We crafted this hands-on, intimate experience 8 guests. Our fully equipped workshop. This building is rich with history as is...the heart of Paris! We are delighted to welcome our guests to our new pastry studio located in the Place des Vosges in the 3rd district. This is a historic location and we are thrilled to be a part of it! The Marais is renowned for its contemporary art galleries, young designers & Parisian atmosphere.

This was an amazing class, great teacher, super fun. Ended up being late on our end and they were so kind and helpful about it. Loved that it was small so you really got to learn, what you were doing. Would definitely do it again!

Had the most amazing croissant baking class with my daughter, taught by the wonderful Ines. With just us in the session, her instruction was clear, patient, and full of great techniques we’ll use again. We not only made buttery, flaky croissants but also cinnamon rolls and pan de chocolate from the dough remnants—everything was delicious. It was the sweetest way to celebrate my birthday week, and we left with both incredible pastries and new skills. Highly recommend Ines for a fun, hands‑on baking experience!

Baking course interesting, beautiful location, high quality ingredients, overall very expensive for what was offered. A little more than 2h in the course, to really learn you should have done all the steps actually 2-3 times and maybe told and presented everything a little slower. After completion, sitting together with tasting the really delicious croissants (2 pieces), Pain chocolate (2 pieces) and cinnamon rolls (about 5 pieces) would have been very nice. So everything seemed very impersonal, especially at the end.

Such a fun experience and also delish. The pastry chef was very knowledgeable and easy to follow when we were participating on our own batches. So much to see in Paris it was nice to find an experience that was off the crowded path. Easy location to find too. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional class! The staff was hands down amazing! We learned so much and the croissants we made were excellent! We learned so many tips and techniques that I would have never learned without being hands on! Plus the staff made it so much fun! Side note, we had an issue with scheduling and they accommodated us without hesitation! We truly appreciate the hospitality and kindness from this establishment.
