Snowman World is the most exhilarating snowy playground of the Santa Claus Village, located on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi, where you can enjoy a day of thrilling winter activities.

We expect you to experience the spectacular snow and ice slides and a fun labyrinth not to mention the real ice-skating rink where even snowmen have been spotted showing off their skating skills.

While enjoying holiday activities, you can occasionally revitalise yourselves with the tasty servings of the Snow Restaurant and Ice Bar, while admiring some fine snow and ice sculptures.

Tickets to Snowman World are valid for a whole day. Snowman World is an outdoor destination, so don’t forget to dress up warmly!

Snowman World

At Snowman World, you spend a fun day outdoors with traditional winter activities ! Enjoy skating and sledging with the whole family and admire the skilfully made snow structures and snow labyrinth. If you like slides, then you’ll love the snowy and icy hills of Snowman World. The icy surfaces are certainly very slippery! A bigger hill gives you real speed that provides enough thrills for even the more extreme sliders. The smaller slides also are perfect for our youngest visitors. When the snow games are done for the day, you can throw your coolest moves to the snowy dance floor at Snowman World Ice Disco – open for the whole family! Our ice-skating track is a great place to try out your skills on ice. If you’re using ice skates for the first time, we’ll provide you with tuition to get you going, and give you all the equipment you need to help you learn the skill faster. You can borrow skates on-site, as ice skates are included in the price of the ticket.

Located right by the Santa Village. Compared to other things in Lapland, we thought the ticket price wasn’t too bad. There are 2 big slides on rings - you can go on these as many times as you like and queues weren’t too bad. Also ice skating, an ice maze, sculptures and various other small ice slides. There is also ice glass throwing, but you need to buy a drink to throw one, and a restaurant. Dressed up snowmen walking around for pics and some stunning views. We spent about 1.5-2 hrs in there.

For the money and value of what’s actually available, I cannot recommend this. Not enough for the price they charge, and there are extras to pay on top of your entrance fee!

The snow sculptures are amazing as well as the slides with the donuts which looks terrifying but in reality is plenty Fun. We also had lunch in the ice restaurant and the food was ok but the different rooms were so pretty with the different themes and colors. Recomendable!

Awesome experience, heaps of fun. We go there really early so didnt have to queue, but the ice skating was a big hit as well as the slides and the ice bar. Our smallest child loved the snow men. Also its great that you can come and go through the day.

Snowman’s world was nice. However the lunch was scam. Only very little portion and bad quality. Not the money worth. If you go there enjoy the attractions but skip the lunch.

This is such a cool and fun place to be. They have ice slides, mazes, snow tubing, an ice bar, an ice restaurant that serves actual food and ice skating. Its well worth the money. The kids will love it here!

Very nice activity and original concept, nothing to say about it. The activities offered are varied and the experience remains pleasant: it is clearly something to do. On the other hand, it is quite short. And most importantly, a lot of people. Despite these points, the snnowman World remains a nice place, but it would benefit from being more fluid and a little more generous over time.

For us, a family with a young child (age 6) we felt like it was a waste of money and. Glad we didn’t plan to spend a day or half a day here. We were in and out within an hour. We pre-paid for drinks ( vodka and gin) and it was literally a vodka and gin without mixer! The weather conditions weren’t great for the outdoor slides which of course couldn’t be helped ( fresh snow) but there were large queues and not really enough rings. Given the cost, there wasn’t really that much to do.
Too busy. But despite this there were some good moments

Super expensive for what is provided, but that unfortunately seems true of the whole Santa village area. Queued for over 1hr to have one go on the slide. The ice skating was extremely busy and tiny, so toddlers kept crashing into everyone. The drinks were probably the most expensive per litre I’ve ever purchased (6 Euro for a few drops of fruit juice!!). Despite this my kids enjoyed it on the whole. Wouldn’t go again or recommend unless you have a very patient family with lots of money.

Very disappointing experience at Snowman World Lapland. The slides were extremely busy and there were not enough rings for all the children, which led to a lot of frustration. One of the staff members was taking the rings directly out of children’s hands, leaving them crying, which was upsetting to witness and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the prices are a rip-off — €6 for a tiny 15 ml kids’ juice is unreasonable. Overall, poor organisation, lack of care for children, and terrible value for money. I would not recommend this attraction to families.
