  The 2 drivers (on Bali for transfers and on Nusa Penida) were excellent however the tour stated “private tour, only your group will participate “ but the snorkelling was on a boat of 25 people with all the issues of then coordinating a big group, trying to see fish etc with lots of people and no room on board. There are many boats doing the same trip so chances of seeing larger fish will be limited but we were lucky to see 2 turtles (but no manta’s). The trip was advertised as 6-8 hours but took 13 mainly due to delays on return due to the need to queue off the beach for a small boat to take us back on the ‘fast boat’ transfer back to Bali. This was organised last minute with no advice so the coral under the waterline line off the sandy beach wasn’t seen until you starting walking on it and was very sharp. We have messaged the company about these issues 3 days ago but have not yet had a reply.

  We had an amazing time! Our guide was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to show us the least crowded spots for the best photos. Communication was clear and timely throughout. The car was comfortable with great air conditioning, and everything was perfectly organised — from hotel pickup and drop off to the ferry transfers.   My partner and I were very impressed by our driver Buddy. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made the entire trip very memorable his employer should be very proud of him and the 🐕‍🦺 ce he supplies to customers I would go ve him a ten out of ten

  We did the Nusa Penida Tour with Komang & Budi. Komang was excellent and very helpful. Budi was knowledgeable and efficient. The lunch however was not suitable for us so I would advise to take the tour without the lunch so you can choose your own place for lunch. I would have given 5 stars but I have removed 1 for price. We started at 6am and were finished by 1:30pm.

  Very nice, the drivers were well prepared and waiting everywhere for you. They were very kind and thoughtful as well, it was a great day! We saw several manta's, which was very cool

  Driver (Komang) from our hotel pick-up is always on-time to meet us and he has road skills. Getting us to our destination and seeing to the logistics. Likewise, on the side of Nusa Penida, our driver and guide (Boris) is a safe driver, navigating the broken roads with care. He took care of us always. Even suggesting and helping us take nice videos of our time there. I enjoyed my tour and will book from them again should I come to Bali again.

  transport was well organized to and from harbour. Driver Budi on nusa penida, was really good. Helpful and Tips for the island. snorkeling was a bit crowded and not so well organized( bit unstructured when arriving and the boat was a bit tiny for 20 people), but at manta bay we saw mantas. this was awesome.

  Guide from pick up and drop are very genuine person and they managed all my activities. They carry about us all of time. Excellent work by them

  Nusa Penida tour was great experience of a lifetime & the key factor of that experience wasn’t only the activities. The Balinese people were so hospitable and friendly. The driver named Buddy (1) picked me up in my hotel Benoa Sea Suites & Villas last March 1, 2025 was so helpful k & friendly, very good job Buddy (1). In addition there’s another person I’d like to mention who has the same kindness, hospitality and so much friendly.
