Please note: We do not ride the Glacier Express, but we follow the same iconic route with a regional train.

This allows you to enjoy the breathtaking landscapes in a more relaxed and authentic way, without the crowds, while still experiencing the spectacular views that make this journey world-famous.

On the way to Brig, you’ll travel through the Rhône Valley, admire rolling vineyards, and catch glimpses of the Jura mountains and Bernese Alps.

We will meet at Basel SBB train station and then enjoy a scenic 2-hour train ride to Brig. Along the way, you will pass through the lush landscapes of northern Switzerland, travel past the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, and enjoy beautiful views of the Jura mountains and the Bernese Alps in the distance.

While in Brig, we will accompany you on a one-hour visit, sharing the town’s rich history and unique character. As we stroll through the charming old town, you’ll discover its well-preserved squares, elegant townhouses, and traditional architecture. A highlight of our visit is the impressive Stockalper Palace, a masterpiece of baroque style and a symbol of Brig’s prosperity in the 17th century.
