Great Tour Guide, Company Fail to Live Up to promised Cancelation Policy

3.00First, we had a great experience, even on a rainy day, with John! We can’t say enough good about him and how he made a rainy day as good as possible. I would have rated the trip five stars except that Viator promised when we booked that we could cancel up to 24 hrs in advance, and they did not follow through on that promise. I had to cancel one person in our group 48 hours out and they told me we would have to cancel our entire booking and rebook , at a different time , and for $100 more. I really question the English literacy of the two people I spoke with, because all that seems very unnecessary and poor business practice. I have traveled all over the world with Viator and never experienced this level of incompetence or poor business practices. A real shame! I would not recommend booking this trip with them!

5.00This shuttle was a great service to have especially when trying to get to the lakes with a large group. It was able to accommodate our group of 8. William was our driver and he was very kind, informative, and punctual. I would highly recommend this service as an alternative to trying to get the public shuttles which are hard to get especially with a larger group.
