3.00If you've snorkeling in the Caribbean, Philippines, or the pafic then you'll be very disappointed. All the corals are dead but there's pretty fish and lots of sea urchins. And Jumeirah is not better. Dubai is not a good place to dive or snorkel. The instructor Hamza was amazing, he made it extremely easy for first time divers. I recommend you contact the company and verify they will be food and at least water because none was available for us and we didn't bring enough money to buy food so the 2 hour drive back to Dubai was awful. Also pickup time is not 9am it's more 7 am but the waters are too foggy until around 11am so you'll just be lounging around waiting most it. I wish I just went snorkeling in Atlantis. I didn't want to because it's man-made but there's reason they had to build it.

1.00Well, pickup was at 6AM and I overslept and missed it. They had my number and didn't even call! No rescheduling and no refund. They could be a bit flexible, it's a holiday trip, not a work appointment!

5.00we had an amazing day lots of fun our hosts were friendly nothing was to much trouble our teenage daughters had there first scuba dive experience and loved every minute would not hesitate to recommend

2.00It was a bit different than what was told before. There was no boat like the picture. We just made one stop to snorkel and stayed there for 2/3 hours. And there was no 'live bbq-lunch'. We had to pick a meal before departure and could eat it after the trip out of a aluminium box.
