The Cameron Highlands is one of Malaysia’s most extensive hill stations. It covers an area of 712-km², about the size of Singapore, At an elevation from 1135-m to 1829-m above sea level.

Cameron Highlands is the most popular of the highland retreats in Malaysia. Located at almost 2,000 meters at its highest point, Cameron offers visitors a moderate climate with daytime temperatures averaging around 25°C and 18°C at night. This makes the environment conducive for growing continental plants, fruits and vegetables while providing a cool escape for city-dwellers.

One of the highlights of a visit here is climbing the 272 steps leading up to the temple.

The „driver“ was more of a guide who introduced us to his country and culture in a very knowledgeable and personal way: we loved the tour and recommend it to families especially!

The trip was nice. However, the strawberry farm was not worth the time. I wish the car looked a little better.

This is a good tour if you are short of time and do not want to plan the logistics of travel. Basically the driver picks you up from the hotel, takes you to the highlights of the Cameron Highlands and back to Kuala Lumpur. I picked this tour over other Cameron Highlands tour as it included Batu Caves - I didn't need to go on a separate trip to visit this place.
