This guided tour is very organized and adheres to a schedule we modify to continue to provide the best experience. Please note that our tour spends the longest time in Tolantongo, allowing you to truly enjoy your time in Tolantongo without feeling rushed by your tour company throughout the day. Our guides are extremely fluent in their English language skills. Most have lived a major part of their life in the United States and or Canada. We provide comfort in our transportation, by not allowing our vehicles to be cramped and tight with too many guests. Our guides also have a good relationship with the community of employees that work in Tolantongo. Our mutual respect for one another allows for a better experience for our guests than you could imagine. Our guides are given a fair wage for their excellent service.

End of the day snacks are included to get you back home.

Blanket during transportation

We provide a menu to order your lunch ahead of schedule for this trip. Money is collected at the end of the day for this meal.

So well organized and fun! Alex and Yalo (sp?) were absolutely perfect for a trio of this nature. Breakfast was amazing, everything was on time, directions and expectations very clear. The hot springs, zip lining, caving were all very fun (definitely bring water shoes that aren’t flip flops but I survived). Lunch was easy. The trip maybe could include less time at the river but I’m sure it’s so people can rest and get sorted. It’s a long drive but they make it as comfortable as possible.

Aloha, I would highly recommend this tour! it's a must! the whole experience was epic, magical and relaxing. The hot springs, caves and river are super gorgeous! the place is so big! The caves are filled with water so may need to swim for a bit but no worries your tour guide will help you. Our bus driver Lalo was super funny, charming, friendly and welcoming. I felted safe with him and you can trust him. He told the history of Hidalgo and the culture. The tour company provided everything for you!! Food was amazing, I would book this tour with food. They give water, soda and snacks while on the road. They stop along way for restrooms, food and gas stations. We played music and turn it into party bus jajaja! Amazing experience! I would book this again! I would recommend to bring hat and sunglasses. Thanks you Lalo!
