After collecting you form your hotel or residence in Johannesburg between 06:00 – 06:30, we travel to the Pilanesberg Nature Park
We should arrive at Pilanesberg Park around 9am where we will then board and start our 1st open vehicle safari drive ( +- 3 hours) in search of the Animals that inhabit the National Park We will then have a short stop from 12 pm until 1 pm for lunch at Pilanebserg Center inside the middle of the park overlooking a beautiful waterhole . After Lunch we will depart on our 2nd Open Safari Drive (+-2 hours) we depart the park around 15h30 arriving back in Johannesburg between 17h30 to 18h00

Pilanesberg National Park
Visit Pilanesberg Game Reserve from Johannesburg for a full-day safari. The tour includes return transportation to the park and two 2.5-hour game drives with a highly qualified ranger in an open vehicle. On arrival your guide will take you on an exciting morning open 4x4 safari vehicle safari drive in search of the Animals that inhabit the National Park. Our guides are knowledgeable and will give you in depth information on the animal you are viewing and try their out-most to find the members of the Big 5.During the heat of the day you will enjoy lunch at one of the many rest camps in the National Park before departing on an afternoon open vehicle safari drive. Our vehicles depart the National Park between 15:30 – 16:00 in order to arrive back in Johannesburg before sunset.
Roughly 45 minutes' drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria, surrounded by the beautiful Magaliesberg mountain range, Hartbeespoort Dam, or Harties to locals, has become a hive of activity and is a very popular weekend getaway for the two cities.

Safari with a perfect organization of the morning pick-up in Pretoria, followed by arrival in Pilanesberg, morning safari, lunch included in the reserve, afternoon safari and late afternoon return. Team is at the top in an absolutely splendid reserve both on the reliefs and the beauty of the landscapes and on the variety of animals we have been lucky enough to see (even THE leopard!). What a change of scenery! Thank you 🤗

5.00I had a wonderful safari experience with MoAfrica Tours and Martin, our guide, was excellent! We did a 6hr ride and we encountered many wild animals. The park was stunning and I would highly recommend booking this trip. The park fee of 500R is reasonable

5.00The safari allowed up close views and experiences of various wildlife in their natural surroundings. Although the day we visited it rained the majority of the day, the experience added to the habits of protection provided by the herd members. Very interesting.

5.00First safari ever for my friends and I, Sibu and Bobo were lovely to spend the day with. Had a blast learning about the animals and felt lucky to actually see many species. And the Sunday Braai was absolutely perfect. Thank you

5.00We had a brilliant day out. Communication via WhatsApp with Anastasia was really good, she was super flexible despite my slow responses on patchy WiFi. Our driver Tomas was really informative, and between Anastasia and him facilitated a car seat for my 18 month old that actually fit! And we were able to take the seat on the open game drive too! It saved the day. Can confirm safari with a toddler is both possible and enjoyable - for anyone wondering. Thank you!
