After collecting you form your hotel or residence in Johannesburg between 06:00 – 06:30, we travel to the Pilanesberg Nature Park
We should arrive at Pilanesberg Park around 9am where we will then board and start our 1st open vehicle safari drive ( +- 3 hours) in search of the Animals that inhabit the National Park We will then have a short stop from 12 pm until 1 pm for lunch at Pilanebserg Center inside the middle of the park overlooking a beautiful waterhole . After Lunch we will depart on our 2nd Open Safari Drive (+-2 hours) we depart the park around 15h30 arriving back in Johannesburg between 17h30 to 18h00

Pilanesberg National Park
Visit Pilanesberg Game Reserve from Johannesburg for a full-day safari. The tour includes return transportation to the park and two 2.5-hour game drives with a highly qualified ranger in an open vehicle. On arrival your guide will take you on an exciting morning open 4x4 safari vehicle safari drive in search of the Animals that inhabit the National Park. Our guides are knowledgeable and will give you in depth information on the animal you are viewing and try their out-most to find the members of the Big 5.During the heat of the day you will enjoy lunch at one of the many rest camps in the National Park before departing on an afternoon open vehicle safari drive. Our vehicles depart the National Park between 15:30 – 16:00 in order to arrive back in Johannesburg before sunset.
Roughly 45 minutes' drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria, surrounded by the beautiful Magaliesberg mountain range, Hartbeespoort Dam, or Harties to locals, has become a hive of activity and is a very popular weekend getaway for the two cities.

5.00It was absolutely amazing. We had 2 safari games per days with absolutely lovely guides (Dorin, Thomas, Petrus …) The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from start to finish. The food was outstanding, congratulations to chef Isaya, and everything was spotless, well-organized, and highly professional. We truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. The tents in the camp were of excellent quality. The beds were extremely comfortable, with great mattresses, cozy duvets, and soft pillows — truly a luxurious tent experience. I would highly recommend this experience without hesitation — my boyfriend Arthur and I loved every moment of it.
Lots of animals both in the distance and up close.

5.00This was a great day. We saw weaver birds and lots of antelopes as soon as we got into the park. Then we saw a large herd of elephants in the distance and wild. Next, we saw elephants close up, greater kudu, rhinos, a leopard tortoise, zebras, giraffes, crocodiles, and hippos. As we were leaving a very large elephant was very close to the jeep and walked along the road with us for a bit. It was thrilling to see it so close. My favorite of the day was a baby zebra with its parents.

5.00Wonderful walk! The company has all the structure so that the ride goes peacefully and comfortably. They were at the hotel at the scheduled time for the transfer to the park. Arriving there, we were immediately received by the local transportation, which was clean and organized. We were able to spot a large number of animals and had lunch in a simple place, but that solved the problem.

5.00Super organization, we have been picked up directly in front of our hotel, made a stop on the way for coffee and then reached the park. The driver was super, and once at the park our guide drove us through the park giving us all the info and explanations needed! We really enjoyed our day, including the lunch (with gluten free and vegetarian) that was above our expectations!

5.00Incredible! The guide was fantastic. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Prestus was funny and informative. I loved the group I was in, too. The ride to and from the Park was very smooth.

5.00This was amazing, its a must do if you are in Johannesburg! We had such a great time, our safari guide Dorreen was great very knowledgeable and informative. Our driver to and from the park, Nicky was really patient and really kind, and very professional. He would point out landmarks and things to do and see as we drove out of town. Highly recommend!
