  It was such an amazing experience. Highly highly recommend. My wife and I are on our honeymoon and Donovan was so wonderful and welcoming. He spent time showing us around all of the greatest parts of Aruba and added his own little stories and anecdotes and it was just great!

  Nice open air tour around the island. Can get bumpy as we went off road - places you should not go in a car. Nicky was AWESOME! A great driver - funny and kind too. Knowledgeable about the island and its history. I recommend and would do the tour again.

  

• Great Island Overview

  My husband and I visited Aruba for Valentine's day. Our hotel promoted the DePalm tours, which seem very popular on the island, but we booked this approximately 3 hour tour through TripAdvisor. We were picked up at our hotel which was very convenient. We were in a group of 8, but the truck could seat 12. Our tour guide was Nicky and he was great! He told jokes and great facts about the island. He slowed or stopped multiple times so that we could get pictures at scenic spots all across the island. He offered to take pictures and was very attentive to the people on the tour. We really enjoyed the tour, it was a great overview of the island. Tips: As noted by many other reviews, it was very windy in the back of the truck. We wore sunglasses, which helped a lot but it was like getting a wind facial. However, the seats were comfortable, with seatbelts to help with bumpy roads and there was minimal dust/road dirt. We had to climb in and out of the back of the truck. Nicky had a small step ladder to help and was available to help us out but people with mobility issues may have a bit of difficulty. We had to pick up two other families, which involved driving to the other side of the island where million dollar houses were being built. Our first stop was the Lighthouse. There was a fee to be let in so that you could go to the top. We were on the morning tour and a smoothie truck was just setting up. We stopped by Natural Bridge, where there was a cafe and small gift shop. This had the cleanest bathroom but bring singles; same as elsewhere on the island, it costs $1 to use the bathroom. We also went to the ruins shown in the picture. It was cool seeing all the wishing stone towers that other people built and adding our own. There wasn't a ton of walking but comfortable shoes would definitely be handy. Our last stop was Baby Beach, where we stayed the longest and had time to walk along the beach and enjoy the water. Recommend a towel/bathing suit if you choose to go in the water. However, there wasn't any where to rinse off or change clothes so prepare accordingly. Nicky had waters, which was definitely needed and chips/cookies for snacks. We really enjoyed this tour an dit was a little less expensive than DePalm, however it didn't include the natural pool or caves, though Cross tours may have other options that included them.

  It was a great trip. Loved seeing a little bit of all around the island. This trip could be improved by spending a little longer at Baby Beach as it was so beautiful there. Our guide Donovan was super friendly and knowledgeable. E

  Our tour was wonderful! Aside from being punctual and having a clean car, the driver was very personable. He provided fun facts about the island and a few laughs along the way. Great experience!!!

  Fun windy open air seating gives an opportunity to experience the island in a special way. Nicky was great and gave a brief highlight of the stops along the way. Really felt like I saw Aruba outside of the resort!

  This was the most fun safari trip of my life!! Our driver was a baby driver!! Not a dull second on this trip! Don't forget to have an Arubariba on the beach it's unforgettably good! Recommend going on this trip 100%!!! From SWEDENS
