1.00We had booked a trip on july 24th - swiss riviera private tour and no one showed up. Visitor will refund us anyways after 3-4 days but it ruined the day for us .
They didn’t show up, nor cancelled beforehand.

1.00I booked the private tour via Viator with GVA Transfers SARL and they didn’t show up on the day of the tour. I tried contacting them in every way possible, but they never responded. Viator did refund me very promptly, but all the hours I wasted waiting for them in Switzerland cannot be paid back.

5.00Tour guide was on time to pick up. The drive was very comfortable and scenic. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Trip to the chocolate factory was amazing 😊
