Our Gin experience gives you a chance to explore three coastal gins. Native to St Andrews. Your experience will kick off with a classic gin & tonic before guests will be taken through a guided tasting flight. As you learn about each distinctive gin, you will have the opportunity to learn about some of the key coastal botanicals - many of which are sourced local to St Andrews. After the flight, you will select your favourite gin and our host will help you create a ‘perfect serve’ that’s designed to complement and enhance its flavour profile.

This interactive experience gives you a chance to explore three of our most loved spirits - Original Gin, Love Gin and Golf Gin. As the name suggests, each of these gins takes its inspiration from the iconic Fife coastline which has inspired their origin story and the botanicals used in distillation. Your experience will kick off with a classic gin & tonic using our Original Gin before embarking on a guided tasting flight. As you learn about each distinctive product, you will have the opportunity to learn about some of the key coastal botanicals - many of which are sourced local to St Andrews. After the flight, you will select your favourite gin and our host will help you create a ‘perfect serve’ that’s designed to complement and enhance its flavour profile. One of the serves includes an as-of-yet unreleased product that adds a sweet and smoky taste profile to your gin!

5.00It was so much fun! Our host was so informative, and the offerings were tasty. It is a single gin maker tasting. 3 gins, one distillery. Good gin in a fun setting.

5.00From the minute we entered the little side door down the steps near the Huxley hotel, we were totally charmed by this little tasting spot. We ended up having a private tasting as we were the only ones signed up that day. Robert was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and the many ingredients that go into each gin. We had a great time learning about it all. There was a welcome cocktail, three pours of their signature gins, and a final drink with our choice of favorite gin. The pours were generous and the final cocktails (we chose martinis) were expertly made. We wanted to buy all three but settled for just one, the very unique and delicious Golf Gin. We'd love to come back if we make it back to Edinburgh someday.

5.00Olivia was an amazingly knowledgeable and friendly gin expert. I appreciated the olfactory opportunity to experience the various herbal components of the 3 distinct gins provided. The ability to try each gin neat and with various tonics demonstrated the different characteristics of each gin offering. The location for the tasting was also a very fun and funky space that felt like an American speakeasy in the middle of Edinburgh.

5.00Jasmine was really friendly lass and a great host. We were lucky to have a ‘private’ tasting as we were the only people booked at that time. Very relaxed and informative presentation in a cozy snug setting. We learned about Eden Mill and the gin distilling processes and thoroughly enjoyed the perfect Eden Mill G&T welcome drink - so much so we headed upstairs to the bar above for more of the same after our session had finished!! Great value for money too.

5.00Imagine your gin-enthousiast friend sits you down for a crash course. Our host, Olivia showed us through three different flavors of Eden Mill Gin in a journey from the gin-making process to the miriad of flavor possibilities, taking us back to sea docks, sheep pens and golf courses. If you want to get to know gin culture in a warm, intimate setting, give this one a try. Do ask for Olivia if you can, she had us at ease in no time!
