Our golf carts can not enter the port gates. Everyone has to meet at the meeting point.

We are located outside the main gate, its a 5 minute walk from the pier. just look for our sign or ask for our company outside the main gate. We greet you and confirm the reservation then sign you up and give you a quick briefing of the island and golf cart and then you and your family will be on your way to enjoy the island. You return the golf cart at the same pick up point.

4.00The golf cart was pretty old but ran great. We got lost after being told it was impossible to get lost! LOLOL We met 2 young boys on electric scooters & they led us to the town. Not much in town so we headed back to the ship & stopped at Jacks Shack for a bit to eat & have a drink. It was a fun day & the company representative was very polite & helpful.

5.00I was with my 91 year old mother and I have to say this was the best part of our cruise. The Golf carts were perfect and we enjoyed ourselves so much. The service was excellent, however when we came to drop off the cart another person waved us in and wanted to know if we had gassed it up I told him no and he said well just give me $10, I said I don't think so and went to where I had picked up the golf cart and let them know what happened. So beware of scammers out there but I did not let this one little incident ruin our perfect day. Thanks again for everything...

5.00The whole experience was fantastic! The young kid, I can't remember his name, was awesome! He was kind, friendly & super informative! If we travel to Grand Turk again in the future, we will for sure use Cactus Golf Carts again!

4.00Description states a 5 minute walk from the cruise port, but it is more like 15. Also they had no signage. Other than that, the only suggestion would be to have forward facing 4 seater carts.

4.00The guys at Cactus were very friendly. Gave us a map & told us best places to go Not much to see or do on Grand Turks except go to a beach. Was fun though just riding around streets
