5.00Christos was our chef. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I learned three new cooking techniques. I am not a cook by nature, but now I am looking forward to trying some of these dishes at home. The menu was fantastic. I particularly like the tomato fritters and the pastitso. There were anThere were a couple of speed bumps with other participants in the class, but he handled those with Grace. He kept the class engaging and kept us on track making these complicated dishes. There was demonstrations of techniques by him, but we all got to participate in some fashion to make our Kamal meal. Excellent chef highly recommend.

5.00Chef Cristos was entertaining. He's funny and very particular. We had a large group of family ranging all ages. His class was a highlight of our trip and really got our vacation started off right. This class set the tone for us to slow down, enjoy our environment, and soak up the fun. Everyone loved the things we learned to prepare - they were all delicious - and we've already made them since we have come back home!
