5.00Robert was excellent! Very knowledgeable and professional. We did book a private tour for 4 but when we got there he said a driver cancelled and we would be going as 8. The vehicle was not comfortable for 8 but the sights and tour was very good.

5.00We enjoyed a very pleasant day discovering this beautiful volcanic island. This tour covered the western portion of the island, with volcanic craters and colorful lakes. Sete Cidades was a cute town we explored on foot during a 45 minute stop. A lush, agricultural island with “50 shades of green”. A brief stop at an indoor pineapple farm was also interesting. A fun day for our group of 4 couples. Pickup and drop off was right at the cruise terminal. Good value tour.

5.00My parents and I were in Sao Miguel for a 12 hour layover and were looking for a convenient way to see the island. While sitting at breakfast, I found this tour on Viator, requested a booking, and was accepted pretty quickly. The trip exceeded expectations -- it was a small group, our local guide was very knowledgeable and shared his own personal stories of growing up in the area. We were able to see so many beautiful locations at a good pace. We had some free time in Sete Cidades to explore. I wish we would have known that we would have the opportunity to kayak in the lake during the free time and we would have packed bathing suits in advance. It was also great that our guide was able to pick us up and drop us off at our requested locations since we didn't have a rental car or another way to get around. Thank you for a great half-day!

5.00Guide was there to meet us on time, spoke excellent English and was informative during the tour. Ocerall the tour was very good and gave a great overview of the sights.
