  Had an amazing time Zhujiajiao with Snow as the guide. She was a good host, very nice and elevated the experience alot with all her knowledge about the area and the life in Shanghai in general. Also very accomondating experience with changing my hotel pickup to another place with no issue. Highly recommend!

  Alena is responsive. Mary is the best guide I have ever met. Her service was seamless. She helped us finding a restaurant and also given us all information we needed. I would come back and prefer to have her in our trip again next time. Not to mention the driver also flexible and very polite. We are satisfied.

  The whole tour was top notch! Our guide Snow, met us promptly at our hotel. Our transportation and driver were both excellent! The tour of this ancient town was very interesting. Snow told us many stories and details about the town and its history. We did a gondola ride through “China’s Little Venice” as well. Snow was wonderful as a guide, talking to the vendors for us at the market and helping us choose a phenomenal place for lunch. Her English was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Snow!

  I can't recommend this tour enough. It was a wonderful afternoon and our guide Caroline was so engaging and informative. The included early dinner was delicious and it was lovely to try dishes that we never see at home in the UK.
